I went in to see about getting my cartridge refilled to print out a couple of tickets..one of my cartridges I thought still had ink. The gentleman took the time to check and clean the clog for me, and explained that that often happens when you don't use the printer a lot. I was about to buy an extra black ink anyway but he said not to bother yet...as I lived a few min away the ink I had in my cartridge would be enough to print the tickets...he was correct...it worked just fine after the cleaning and he saved me the money of getting a new/refilled one today. He only charged me $5 to clean and test and explain the entire thing to me...good service..I will be returning and will review the quality of his ink at that time as I am still on my hp ink.

Great Service

Been here once so far, but I'll definitely go again since the guy's nice and doesn't try to pressure you or anything. Not sure about Rusty's experience since it was a refill, but I can safely say that I trust this guy with ink cartridges. He told me that my cartridge could not be refilled, but since a no-name brand was only around $11, I settled. Definitely better than paying tons for a new cartridge at Staples. Edit: Went again today. Got four cartridges for $10.99 each, $1 discount off each. Definitely satisfied.

Went to this place - great service - they really go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy... plus they’re honest. I've been going there for the past few years now, and many times my cartridge is not really empty, it’s just clogged. they could easily charge me a refill fee, but they're just honest about it - they take the time to make sure you understand what they're doing and how best to care your cartridge. All around - probably the best place to get your cartridges refilled.
