Cartridge Ink Plus: Ink Refills on the Spot

 

Getting your ink cartridges refilled by Cartridge Ink Plus can save you up to 50% in ink costs. When you bring in a cartridge we will need to know:

• When was the last time you printed?

• How did you have the cartridge out of this printer?

• What message did you get before you removed the cartridge?

• When you attempt to print, what is the message you receive?

 

Our next step will be to check the weight and determine how much ink is in the cartridge. If it has ink, we will clean it out, test it and give it back to you for no charge. If the cartridge is empty, we will clean it, fill it and clean it again. We will then do a test print and give you instructions on how to care for and install your ink cartridge.

 

Then your printer will be up and running! Sometimes a cartridge is too far gone to be refilled. The nozzles become too dry or the electronics are damaged. When this is the case, we will responsibly recycle your old cartridge and offer you a quality compatible or new cartridge to keep you up and running until the next time you need a refill.
